Job Description

  • Supervise and provide technical services As informed by Users.
  • Take action to maintain, monitor and verify the availability of information technology systems.
  • Take action to correct problems Assist and coordinate with various teams Network Engineer ,System Engineer, Vendor.
  • Execute emergency notification to the team and related departments via SMS, e-mail, telephone. Or Incidents Management System.
  • Prepare Incident report, monitoring report.
  • Work in shifts (Shift Operation – 7days X 24 Hrs).

Job Qualification

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer.
  • Able to work in shifts for 15-16 days per month.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Knowledge of PC Support : Hardware, Application Software, MS Windows XP, Vista.
  • Basic knowledge of management and administration of the following systems;
    - Server : MS Windows Server, SUN Solaris, Linux.
    - Database : MySQL, MS-SQL Server.
    - Networking : Cisco Router, Network Switch, Firewall, IDS/IPS.
