Supervise and provide technical services As informed by Users.
Take action to maintain, monitor and verify the availability of information technology systems.
Take action to correct problems Assist and coordinate with various teams Network Engineer ,System Engineer, Vendor.
Execute emergency notification to the team and related departments via SMS, e-mail, telephone. Or Incidents Management System.
Prepare Incident report, monitoring report.
Work in shifts (Shift Operation – 7days X 24 Hrs).

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer.
Able to work in shifts for 15-16 days per month.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Knowledge of PC Support : Hardware, Application Software, MS Windows XP, Vista.
Basic knowledge of management and administration of the following systems;
- Server : MS Windows Server, SUN Solaris, Linux.

- Database : MySQL, MS-SQL Server.

- Networking : Cisco Router, Network Switch, Firewall, IDS/IPS.
