Supervise and give advice to the Board of Directors and executives regarding rules and
regulations. and various laws that the Board of Directors must know.
Perform duties in overseeing the activities of the Board of Directors.
Responsible for organizing the Board of Directors' meetings and the shareholders' meeting.
Record the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting. and shareholder meeting and to supervise
and coordinate to ensure compliance with the resolutions of the aforementioned meetings.
Prepare and keep the following documents:
- Director registration
- Notice of the Board of Directors' meeting. board meeting minutes and the Company's annual report.
- Notice of the shareholders' meeting and the minutes of the shareholders' meeting.
Keep the reports of interests reported by directors or executives.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, linguistics or other fields.
Have at least 3-5 years working experience in company secretary.
