Job Description

  • Supervise and give advice to the Board of Directors and executives regarding rules and regulations. and various laws that the Board of Directors must know.
  • Perform duties in overseeing the activities of the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible for organizing the Board of Directors' meetings and the shareholders' meeting.
  • Record the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting. and shareholder meeting and to supervise and coordinate to ensure compliance with the resolutions of the aforementioned meetings.
  • Prepare and keep the following documents:
    - Director registration
    - Notice of the Board of Directors' meeting. board meeting minutes and the Company's annual report.
    - Notice of the shareholders' meeting and the minutes of the shareholders' meeting.
  • Keep the reports of interests reported by directors or executives.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, linguistics or other fields.
  • Have at least 3-5 years working experience in company secretary.
  • Able to use Ms Office computer well.
